In this paper, a probabilistic analysis of an offshore monopile foundation embedded in a spatially varying clayey soil was performed. The aim is to compute the failure probability 𝑃𝑓 against exceeding a threshold value on the monopile head rotation. A multipoint enrichment technique within a Kriging-based approach was used for the probabilistic analysis. An improved K-means clustering technique was employed. The number of training points used in the enrichment process was determined based on the closeness of the estimated failure probability to its upper and lower confidence values. Some probabilistic numerical results are presented and discussed.-
