- Abstract
- 본 논문은 위험자산 포트폴리오에 주택의 자산부분이 미치는 영항을 분석하는데 목적이 잇다. 주택의 내구재 소비에 해당하는 가격은 전세가격에 의해 결정되고, 전세가격과 매매가격의 차이에 의해서 주택의 자산부분이 결정된다. 이를 통해서 주택의 자산부분을 포함하는 위험자산 포트폴리오를 도출하였고, 이를 이용하여 한국의 주택의 매매 및 전세 가격 데이터를 통해 CCAPM에 기초한 위험기피도를 추정해 보았다.
