Tripartilactam, 소똥구리 공생미생물로부터 분리한 cyclobutane ring을 지니는 Tricyclic Lactam

Abstract

구조적으로 전례 없는 cyclobutane ring을 지니는 macrocyclic lactam인 tripartilactam은 소똥구리(Copris tripartitus) 공생미생물인 방선균으로부터 분리되었다. Tripartilactam의 구조는 NMR, MS, UV, IR 그리고 여러 단계의 화학 반응을 통하여 규명되었다. Tripartilactam은 Na+/K+ ATPase inhibitor으로서 활성을 나타내었다 (IC50=16.6μg/mL)

A structurally unprecedented cyclobutane-bearing macrocyclic lactam, tripartilactam, was discovered from Streptomyces sp. isolated from the microbiota of the dung beetle, Copris tripartitus. The structure of tripartilactam was elucidated by the combination of spectroscopy based on NMR, MS, UV, and IR, and multiple-step chemical derivatization. Tripartilactam was evaluated as a Na+/K+ ATPase inhibitor (IC50=16.6μg/mL).
