- 본 연구에서는 국내외 대북 인도적 지원체계에 대한 연구 분석을 통하여 지원행위 과정에서 각 행위자의 입장, 상호작용 및 조직 네트워크의 작용에 대하여 접근할 것이며 상호 작용하는 행위자간의 문제점을 발굴하고 대안을 제시할 것이다.
