We provide a new model of Agent-based Computational Economy that contains the core characters of the capitalist society and study the dynamics of the employment relations that are endogeneously generated in the forms of 2_x0002_X2 games. For that purpose we build and design a model of the capitalist economy which follows evolutionary processes of organisations. ACE Capitalist World (ACE CW)is made up of consumers and capitalist firms which consist of owners, workers and shareholders. The relations of owner-worker, seller-buyer, and competing firms comprise the economy.
In thecourse of ACE CW progress, we can make the following two observations. First, cyclical pattern of employment relations emerge. Corresponding to the endogenous state of theeconomy, distinctive four 2 X_x0002_ 2 games such as Prisoners Dilemma game, Hegemony of Owner game, Non-Conflict game, and Hegemony of Worker game, appear relative more in that order cyclically. Second, the economy has two contradictory tendencies: one is a tendency to converge to their market clearing level; another is, a tendency to disturb the market clearance and get away from the clearing level. As a result, inthelongrun, markup of firms decreases to zero and the number of firms decreases and only two big firms survive.
Using ACE method we analyze two aspects of the economy: the distribution of relations of reciprocal agents, and the dynamics of the distribution; the dynamics of economy inview of the indexes of economic indicators.
