| dc.description.abstract | This paper aims at estimating the effect of patent right invalidation on follow on
innovation in more reproducible way. It was done by [1], but there were some problems. Their work depends on manual work, and their instrumental variable has a validity problem. Most of my data collection is automated, and anyone with the same keywords would get the same result. Also, a previous paper has a problem with its instrumental variable. The estimation returned that there is no statistically significant positive effect. | - |
