안전문화 강화요인이 원전종사자의 지각된 안전성과에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 원전 종사자별 안전문화 강화요인이 지각된 안전성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 분석하였고, 또한 안전문화 강화요인의 중요도에 대한 인식 및 지각된 안전성과에서 차이점을 분석함으로써 안전문화 증진방안을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 발전소 종사자 103명, 건설소 종사자 83명에 대한 설문을 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 결론을 내렸다. 첫째, 안전문화 강화요인이 지각된 안전성과에 미치는 영향은 발전소 종사자와 건설소 종사자 별로 차이가 있다. 둘째, 발전소 종사자 및 건설소 종사자 모두 안전문화 강화요인의 중요도에 대한 인식에는 차이는 없었고, 중요 한 것 이상으로 판단하고 있다. 셋째, 지각된 안전성과에 대해서는 발전소 종사자가 건설소 종사자보다 더 우수하다고 평가했고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted to provide the way of strengthening safety culture by analyzing the impact of safety culture strengthening factors on the Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) workers perceived safety performance, and by analyzing the differences of understanding about the importance of safety culture strengthening factors and the differences of perceived safety performance between NPP workers. To examine the hypotheses, 103 questionnaires were given to the workers of power station and 83 to the workers of construction office. The following conclusions were drawn through the analysis of the questionnaire responses. First, the impact of safety culture strengthening factors on perceived safety performance on power station workers is found different from that of construction office workers. Second, There is no difference in understanding the importance of safety culture strengthening factors between the workers of power station and construction office. Both parties regard them as important. Third, power station workers show higher grade of perceived safety performance than construction office workers. The gap between the two parties is big enough to be significant.
