서비스 운영 위험관리의 필요성에 대한 연구

Abstract

1990년대 후반 이후 공급사슬 관리의 위험이 크게 증가함에 따라 공급사슬 위험관리가 하나의 학문연구 분야로 성립하였다. 공급사슬 관리는 기본적으로 제품과 서비스를 모두 포함하고 있음에도 기존의 공급사슬 위험관리에 대한 연구는 대부분 제조업을 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 이에 비해 서비스 분야에서는 서비스 실패 및 회복에 대한 많은 연구가 있어왔으나 서비스 실패를 서비스 품질과 연관지어 생각하였다. 본 연구에서는 공급사슬관리의 관점에서 서비스 실패에 대한 위험관리의 필요성을 살펴보고자 한다.

Since the late 1990s, supply chain risk management has become a field of academic research. Although supply chain management basically includes both products and services, research on the existing supply chain risk management has been centered on the manufacturing industry. On the other hand, many studies on service failure and recovery have been made in the field of service. In this paper, we examine the necessity of risk management for service failure in terms of supply chain management.
