연간 사회보험금 수령액이 정부의 세무행정에 대한 국민 만족도에 미치는 영향 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 연간 사회보험금 수령액이 정부의 세무행정에 대한 국민 만족도에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서 활용한 5개의 모형 모두에서 연간 사회보험금 수령액이 정부의 세무행정에 대한 국민 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 양(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 연간 사회보험금 수령액이 증가할 때 정부의 세무행정에 대한 국민 만족도가 높아진다고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 연간 사회보험금 수령액과 정부의 세무행정에 대한 국민 만족도 간의 관계를 연구한 선행연구가 많지 않아 필자의 개인적 사고를 바탕으로 모형을 구성하였다. 이러한 점은 본 연구의 한계점으로 꼽을 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구는 최근의 자료를 바탕으로 연간 사회보험금 수령액이 정부의 세무행정에 대한 국민 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 양(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 향후에는 국민연금, 국민건강보험금, 고용보험금, 산재보험금, 공무원연금, 사학연금 등 사회보험금의 구성요소 각각이 정부의 세무행정에 대한 국민 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 계량적으로 분석하는 연구가 진행되면 좋을 것이라 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether annual social insurance receipts have an positive effect on the peoples satisfaction in Korean governments tax administration or not. The result of this study is as follows. According to the results of analyzing 5 models which are used in this study, it is turned out to be true that annual social insurance receipts have statistically significant and positive influence on the peoples satisfaction in Korean governments tax administration. Therefore, it is possible to say that when annual social insurance receipts increase, the peoples satisfaction in Korean governments tax administration rises. However, there are just few precedent studies which deal with the relation between annual social insurance receipts and the peoples satisfaction in Korean governments tax administration so the models of this study are designed according to personal thought of the author. This is the limit of this study. In spite of the limit, this study is meaningful because based on recent data, it empirically verifies that annual social insurance receipts have a statistically significant and positive effect on the peoples satisfaction in Korean governments tax administration. From now on, it would be desirable that studies which cope with relations between each components of social insurance receipts like National Pension receipts, National Health Insurance receipts, Employment Insurance receipts, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance receipts, Government Employees Pension receipts, Korea Teachers Pension receipts and the peoples satisfaction in Korean governments tax administration are going to be carried out.
