Literaryism, which is typified by the Literary Community, is the common sense of criticism that is understood as the restoration of the autonomy of literature, which was suppressed by the literary movement as the 1980s. However, can we say that literaryism and "the mind of the 1990s which made it possible was really a lot changed by overcoming the literary of the 80s or the mind of the 80s nicely. This article begins with these questions. The critics of the Literary Community in the 1990s focused their efforts on discovering the points of reflection that the novelty was aiming at rather than proving the newness of literature in the 1990s. In other words, what they noticed was how to prove how the former could become an alternative to the latter rather than testify to how the 90s literary breaks up nicely with literature in the 1980s. The fact that Seo Youngchae can not but summon the 80s to interpret the Lonely Room as changing the flow of Korean literature history in his recent writing means that the criterion of Literary Community criticism is still in the 1980s and long 1990s eventually can be fully explained in relation to the long 1980s.-
