dc.description.abstract | In this study, we suggest a research model that links promotion focus and employee turnover. Utilizing regulatory focus theory and network perspectives as explanatory frameworks, we argue that employees with strong promotion focus would have large social networks, which in turn increase turnover intention. We discuss the implications of this study for future theory and practice to inform the management of employees turnover in organizations. | - |
