Assessment of bridge deflection and serviceability is essential for structural condition and infrastructure maintenance. In this study, we aim to estimate the high-resolution displacements of bridges using X-band CosmoSkyMed and C-band Sentinel-1 A/B SAR data. We applied multi-temporal Interferometric analysis to Geobuksan bridge and Dolsan Bridge in the Yeosu region. In addition to the bridge displacements, the geolocation error of scatterers were corrected by estimating DEM error.-
