인간 생체 시스템의 계층적 시각화를 이용한 건강검진결과 제공 및 상담 방법 연구

Abstract

건강검진(Periodic Health Examination)이란 조기 진단과 치료를 통해 질병의 유병율과 사망률을 낮추려는 목적으로무증상의사람들을대상으로시행하는 의학적 평가(medical evaluation)를 뜻한다. 건강검진의 의학적 평가의 결과는 숫자(numeric) 데이터, 단순 텍스트(text) 데이터, 서식(format) 데이터, 이미지(image) 데이터의 4가지 형태로 구분될 수 있으며 방대한 검진 데이터에서 환자의 질병 상태나 임상적 의미를 효율적으로 도출하기 위한 유용한 방법으로 데이터의 시각화가 제안되었다. 전자의무기록의 확산으로 데이터 시각화에 대한 다양한 연구가 시도되었지만 데이터의 형태와 분량, 분석 목적 등 다양한 요인을 고려한 맞춤형 방식이 가장 유용하다. 이에 연구자는 인간의 생체시스템을 표시하는 해부학 모식도를 이용한 검사 결과의 시각화를 통해 환자의 질병 상태에 대한 이해를 촉진하고자 하였다. 인간 생체 시스템의 계층적 시각화를 이용한 건강검진결과 제공은 검진 의사와 환자의 질병 이해를 촉진할 수 있었고 검진 의사의 상담에 유용하였다.

Periodic Health Examination is a medical evaluation conducted on asymptomatic people for the purpose of lowering the morbidity and mortality rate through early diagnosis and treatment. The results of the medical evaluation of health checkups can be divided into four types: numeric data, text data, format data, and image data. Visualization of data has been proposed as a useful method to efficiently derive clinical meaning. Various studies have been attempted to visualize data due to the spread of electronic medical records, but a customized method is the most useful considering various factors, such as the data type and volume, and the purpose of analysis. Therefore, the researcher tried to promote the understanding of the patient's disease state through visualization of the test results using an anatomical schematic that displays the human biological system. The provision of health examination results using hierarchical visualization of the human biological system could promote the understanding of diseases between the examination doctor and the patient, and was useful for consultation with the examination doctor.
