| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 임차 주거비용이 증가하는 경우, 주택 수요는 어떻게 변하는지 살펴본다. 이를 위해 기존의 방식대로 주거비용을 산정한 일반모형과 임차가구 주거비용이 증가한 수정모형의 수요량을 비교분석한다. 또한 전세 위험비용을 반영한 주택 수요 추정 방식이 기존의 방식보다 더 타당한지 실증적으로 검증하는 과정도 거친다.본 연구의 목적은 전세 위험비용을 반영한 맨큐웨일모형을 제시하고, 위험 및 비용이 증가하는 상황에서의 전체 주택 수요량이 어떻게 변화하는지 분석하는 것에 있다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 이러한 방법론이 기존 모형에 비해 현실을 더 잘 설명할 수 있는가를 검증함으로써 본 연구의 타당성을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다. | - |
