dc.description.abstract	목적 : 맥락막신생혈관을 합병한 연령관련황반변성 환자에서 신경절 세포의 손상이 있는지 알고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 맥락막신생혈관을 합병한 연령관련황반변성으로 진단된 환자에서 동반된 안과적 질환이 없고 이전에 치료를 받지 않은 경우에 망막신경섬유층촬영을 시행하고 유두황반속의 신경섬유층 결손이 있는지 평가하였다. 결과 : 총65명이 대상에 포함되었으며 이 중 85안에서 맥락막 신생혈관이 합병되어 있었다. 이 중 1명 1안 (1.2%)에서만 맥락막신생혈관과 관련되어 유두황반속의 신경섬유층 결손이 발견되었다. 결론 : 맥락막신생혈관을 합병한 연령관련황반변성 환자의 대부분에서 유두황반속의 신경섬유층 결손이 없음이 발견되었고 이는 연령관련황반변성에서 신경절 세포의 상당 부분이 유지되고 있음을 암시한다.	-
