dc.description.abstract	자가 블록골을 이용한 치조골수평증강술과 임프란트 식립445상적으로 필요한 만큼의 자가 블록골을 구강 내외에서 적절하게 채취하여 잔존 치조골 순측 혹은 협측에 긴밀하게 적합시킨 뒤 나사나 소형 금속판으로 견고하게 고정하는 방법이 이용된다. 수용부와의 골 간극에는 자가 해면골과 골대체재료를 선택적으로 이식하고, 초기 안정성을 고려하여 임프란트를 동시에 식립하거나 3~6개월 후 지연 식립을 시행한다1).본 연구는 2003년 6월부터 2005년 12월 사이에 분당서울대학교병원에서 치조골수평증강술을 이용하여 12명의 환자에게 식립한 41개의 임프란트를 경과 관찰, 분석함으로써 치조골수평증강술의 임상적 유용성에 대해 논의하고자한다.	-
