창업자의 개인적 특성과 주관적 규범이 청년층 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 창업 교육과 정부지원정책 수혜여부의 조절효과를 중심으로

Abstract

청년실업률이 높아지고 있는 상황에서 정부는 청년들에게 창업을 권하고 있다. 이에 발맞추어 정부와 민간에서는 다양한 교육과 지원정책을 함께 수행하고 있다. 창업 교육과 정부 창업지원정책이 더 효과적으로 수행되기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 청년 창업자를 대상으로 창업자의 창업 요인이 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 창업요인을 개인적 특성과 주관적 규범으로 크게 분류하여 창업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 논문의 데이터는 창업보육센터 입주기업 423개를 대상으로 하였다. 창업자의 개인적 특성은 경제적 수익을 얻으려는 욕구와 사회적인 성공을 거두기 위한 욕구, 아이디어를 실현시키고자 하는 욕구, 전문영역을 구축하려는 욕구, 자신만의 라이프 스타일을 추구하고자 하는 욕구로 총 5가지 요인을 설정하였다. 주관적 규범으로는 부모의 창업에 대한 찬성정도와 부모의 창업 경험 여부로 설정하였다. 청년 창업자의 창업 만족도에 미치는 창업요인을 분석해 본 후 창업 교육과 정부지원정책 수혜여부의 조절효과에 대하여 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 창업교육은 수익 욕구와 성공 욕구가 있는 청년 창업가 집단에서 창업 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 정부지원은 수익욕구, 성공욕구, 아이디어 실현 욕구, 전문영역 욕구를 지닌 창업가들에게 더 큰 만족도를 가져다주는 것으로 나타났다. 주관적 규범과 창업 만족도 사이에서는 창업교육과 정부지원이 모두 긍정적 조절효과를 하는 것으로 나타났다.

With youth unemployment rising, the government has been encouraging young people to start businesses. In line with this, the government and the private sector are carrying out various education and policies together. In order to more effectively carry out the start-up education and the government start-up policy, this study was conducted on young start-ups on the impact of the start-up factors on their satisfaction. First, we examined the impact on the satisfaction of start-ups by categorizing them largely into personal characteristics and subjective norms. The data in this paper was based on 423 companies operating in the start-up incubation center. The personal characteristics of the founder set up a total of five factors: the desire to earn economic returns, the desire to achieve social success, the desire to realize ideas, the desire to build a professional domain, and the desire to pursue ones own lifestyle. Subjective norms set the degree of parents start-up approval and the experience of a parents start-up. After analyzing the start-up factors on satisfaction, this study looked at the effects of education on start-ups and the benefits of government policies. As a result, start-up education has had a positive impact on the satisfaction of start-ups in a group of young start-ups with a desire to make profits and succeed. In addition, government policies bring greater satisfaction to start-ups with a desire to earn, succeed, realize ideas and pursue professional areas. In terms of the effect of subjective norms on the start-up satisfaction, both the start-up education and the government policies have a positive moderating effect.
