| dc.description.abstract | 국제연맹하의 상설국제사법재판소는 1921년 창설이래 1939년 제2차대전발발까지 도합 61건을 심리하였는데 그중 28건은 권고적 의견청구였고 나머지 33건이 분쟁사건이었다. 단 관할권에 대한 이의신청 즉 선결적 항변과 판결문해석청구는 미가산). 이에 비하여 국제연맹하에 1946년 재조직된 현 국제사법판결소에는 1949년 2월현재 도합 40년이 제기되었다. 이 중 권고적의견청구가 10건, 분쟁사건이 20건이 달한다. | - |
