| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 1970년대부터 미국의 중심 근린상업가로를 중심으로 역사보존과 경제적 부흥을 기본 목적으로 두고, 지역주민의 참여에 의해 재생(revitalization)시키고자 시작된 '메인스트리트 프로그램'의 내용과 성공사례들을 살펴보고자 한다. 메인스트리트 사례분석을 통한 도시설계적 디자인 절차 및 요소들을 통해 서울에 적합한 구도심의 근린상업가로 활성화를 통한 도심재생 모델에의 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다. | en |
