- Abstract
- The concept of human resource architecture, one of the most recent
developments in strategic human resource management literat.ure, is discussed
in this study. Previous research in strategic human resource management
was conducted under the assumption that an organization purses a
single employment configuration for all employees while, in reality.
organizations use multiple employment configurations for different groups of
employees. The concept of human resource architecture uses the value of
human resources and the uniqueness of human resources to discuss different
strategies for managing employees.
