dc.description.abstractCurrent corporations exist in the very competitive world which differs from that of the past. So it is necessary to continuously gain competitive advantages. In order to make companies more competitive in the new world. corporate managers must throw out their old notions about how corporations should be organized and run. That is to say. they should undertake comprehensive and fundamental changes in the entire corporate system. These changes are related to developing and sharing farsighted firm-specific vision and philosophy. These changes are named Culture Management.(CM) in this article. which means MBVP(Management By Vision And Philosophy). CM will be increasingly adopted by companies in the future. Because CM can prevent managers and employees from wasting their efforts through shared vision and philosophy. CM can make the company more competitive in the end.-
