dc.description.abstractDiversity and diversity management have become a business imperative for the next decade and a strategic issue for corporate survival - not only in the United States but also in Korea. In this article we not only deal with the definitions of diversity and diversity management but also with the motivations to promote a diversity inclusive corporate culture. the possibilities to integrate diversity management into the organizational structures. the methods to measure the outcomes and last not least the possible barriers. This article presents a first impression on how important it is that specific human resource functions are to be modified to support workforce diversity and it gives impulses to transform this understanding into the corporate reality.-
