| dc.description.abstract | 사회보장 내지는 사회복지제도가 가장 발달된 국가로는 영국과 스웨덴을 드는 것이 보통이다. 이들 국가를 여행하던 사람들이 발병하여 치료를 받거나, 더 나아가서는 입원한 경우에도 전혀 치료, 입원비를 지출하지 아니했다는 일화는 우리가 가끔 듣는 바이다. 이것은 물론 전문적인 관점에서는 사회보장제도의 일부문인 의료보험에 한정된 단편적인 것이기는 하나, 그것은 또한 이들 국가에 있어서의 여타의 사회보장 내지는 사회복지제도가 어느 정도 발달되고 완비되어 있는 가를 시준하여 주기에 충분한 것인지도 모른다. | - |
