| dc.description.abstract | 음주문제는 노숙상태로의 전환에 영향을 미치는 요인인 동시에 노숙자의 생리심리 사회적 역기능을 심화시킴으로써 사회통합에 부정적 영향을 미치고 노숙의 장기화를 초래하는 요인이기도 하다. 이러한 문제의 심각성에 비해 음주문제 노숙자에 대한 개입은 미약한 실정이다. 최근에 일부 쉼터에서 다양한 재활 프로그램들이 진행되고 있지만, 단기의 알코올의존 회복 및 예방 집단 프로그램이나 집단 강연 형태의 프로그램 정도로서 주로 병원에서 활용되었던 집단 프로그램을 응용하였거나 교양 강좌 중 하나로 진행되어 왔기 때문에, 실질적으로 노숙자의 음주문제 해결에 대한 효과성 검증에는 한계가 있다. 무엇보다도 이러한 프로그램의 개입의 초점은 알코올의존 문제에 맞추어져 있어, 음주로 인한 다양한 문제를 겪고 있는 대상자를 포괄하지 못하고 있다... | - |
