- Abstract
- This study focuses on the customer success orientation strategy and its performance via
PSSBP (philosophy-strategic intent-behavior-structure change-performance) Paradigm.
Especially, we investigate the effects of strategic intent from the view of internal customer or
employees perspective. This research highlights the importance of entrepreneurship and
strategic intent as the foundation of behavioral and structural change and corporate
performance.
