Abstract
This paper attempts to help firms to quickly adjust to changes in firms business environment

today through the management of K(Knowledge)∙R(Resource)∙P(Power) and create

an empirical model to enable firms to find interdependence among the three.

First, Knowledge Management is defined as firms management of development of its knowledge

assets for new value-creation and transfer and diffusion of the developed knowledge.

Next, Resource Management is defined as firms acquirement of tangible resources for the

strengthening of business competitiveness and strategically allocating the acquired resources.

Lastly, Power Management is defined as institutionalizing firms power for continuous

building of trust and justly utilizing the institutionalized power.

However, in order for K∙R∙P management to bring about a mutual integration we

need a new conception. Using empirical studies related to K∙R∙P management as examples,

this paper attempts to provide interdependence for a unified model K∙R∙P management.

For such illustration, I intend to examine empirical studies that use each ofK ∙R∙P

as an antecedent variable and those studies using two or more as antecedent variables.
