스웨덴 사회민주주의 - 임금소득자 기금을 중심으로

Abstract

Swedish labor movement has made unique Swedish social democratic model by powerful labor organization and SAP which has stayed in power for a long time. Swedish social democratic model was recognized as an alternative which has the strong points of capitalism and socialism.

In the middle of 1970s, LO suggested l？ntagarfonder(wage earner funds), which was estimated as an advance of Swedish labor movement. Though the fisrt suggestion had such character, the process of making l？ntagarfonder shows us the reality and limits of labor power in contrast to the hope of Swedish labor movement.

The operation of Swedish model brought the growths of both labor power and capital power at the same time. Capitalist camp vehemently rejected l？ntagarfonder which attacked the private ownership of the means of production. There was evident difference of the reasons why they wanted to intrduce l？ntagarfonder between La and SAP. Because swedish social democratic model is workable on the economic growth, SAP wanted to compromise with capitalist camp. L？ntagarfonder was used as a slogan which attack Swedish labor movement.
