- 독일국회는 1994년 7월 25일 새로이 합동회사법을 제정하고 관련법규들을 개정하였다. 합동회사(Partnerschaftsgesellschaft)는 자유직업인들이 공동으로 직무를 수행하려는 경우를 위하여 창안된 새로운 회사형태이다.
