| dc.description.abstract | 기업경영체제 문제는 오랫동안 학문적 논의의 대상이 되어 왔으며, 최근 기업경영체제가 기업 경영방식 및 경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 이에 대한 연구와 논의가 활발해지고 있다. 특히 나라마다 다양한 기업지배구조가 기업의 국제경쟁력, 나아가 국가의 경쟁력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 기업지배구조 문제가 매우 중대한 정책과제로 대두되고 있다는 점은 외국과 마찬가지이나 논의의 초점은 주로 경제력 집중 및 재벌 문제와 연관되어 있다는 점이 특징이다. | - |
