FM(Facility Management)에 관한 제언

Abstract

the purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of facility management(FM). FM pursues the improvement of the office productivity by combining space(i.e., hardware) and people(i.e., software) in space through office environment betterment. In Japan, Ministry of Trade and Industry already initiated the New Office movement, and expedited its efforts to improve overall office environment. Needs to efficiently manage facilities emerged recently due to the increasing portion of service industries in the national economy, the growing importance of the overhead staffs in manufacturing and the globalization. this paper goes through the current topic of FM and makes efforts to import the idea to the management research.
