- Abstract
- 120개의 표본 기업체에 대하여 질문지를 배부하여 이를 회수하고 11개 기업체를 현장 면담조사하여 자료를 수집 하였음. 질문지 조사는 l기업 1 질문지를 원칙으로 했으며 최고 경영자가 직접 응답토록 하였음. 따라서 본 연구의 기본자료는 기업체의 경영 책임자의 의견을 토대로 한 것임.
