We used two flow-through arterialised venous free flap transfers with the long saphenous vein to reconstruct major arteries
and injured skin and soft tissues in the upper extremity. Operating time was reduced, only one donor site was used, and
reconstruction of a long arterial defect (24-25 cm) was possible.
