| dc.description.abstract | 不確實性과 급격한 變化속에서 効率的인 經營을 하기 위하여 經營者는 企業組熾의 主體로서 各 企業環境의 要求에 適合한 組織原理를 適用하여야 한다.
現代企業의 經營者는 過去보다 훨씬 급변하고 불확실한 環境變化를 겪고 있으며, 技術的，産業的，政治的， 道德的，科學的，宗敎的 環境變化가 組織에 커다란 영향력을 미치고 있다. 이러한 주요 環境變化는 個別的으로 발생하지 않고 있어서 더욱더 經營者의 어려움을 가중시키고 있다. Alvin Toffler에 의하면 環境變化의 複雜性과 不確實性 때문에 future shock가 발생하게 되며, 이것은 變化의 類型과 導入速度가 個人의 適應能力의 限界를 넘어설 때 발생한다고 한다. | - |
