- 間接的 報酬로서의 「福祉厚生」은 直接的 報酬로서의 「賃金」과 더불어 現代經營管理에 있어서 대단히 중요하다.
本稿에서는 우리나라 企業經營에 있어서 福祉厚生管理의 한 길잡이로서, 先進諸國에서 論議되고 있는 經營福祉厚生의 論理와 形態를 고찰하고자 한다.
