- 財務管理的 側面에서 기업의 궁극적인 목적은 株主富의 極大化라고 말할 수 있다. 주주부의 극대화를 달성하기 위해 기업은 投資決定, 資本調達決定 및 配富決定과 같은 재무적 의사결정을 내리게 된다.
