| dc.description.abstract | 근래에 와서 금융기관이 경제활동에 미치는 영향에 대한 이해와 인식이 높아지면서 금융기관의 경영 및 역할과 관련한 연구가 활성화 되고 있다. 종래에는 엄격한 규제하에서 경제 정책이나 금융정책의 도구로서 취급되어 왔던 금융기관이 이제는 목표를 가진 사기업으로서 인식되어야 한다는 견해가 폭넓게 받아 들여지고 있으며 이러한 금융기관의 효율적인 경영이 금융발전에 필요조건이라는 인식도 공감을 얻게 되었다. 이에 따라 금융기관의 경영과 역할에 대한 이론적 연구가 활기를 찾고 있으며, 이러한 현상은 금융기관이론이 재무관리의 한 분야로서 재정립될 수 있는 기초를 마련해 준다 하겠다. | - |
