- 근년에 歐美의 學者들이 日本의 企業文化와 經濟社會 및 經營관리 등에 관해 많은 研究의 결과를 발표하고 있다. 이러한 日本經營시스템에 관한 연구 결과는 分析의 관점 (人類文化的, 또는 歷史的·人類社會學的인 接近 그리고 經營管理論的 接近 등)에 따라 많은 차이점을 가져오리라고 본다.
