- 그간 한국에서는 美國과 日本을 비교경영연구의 주된 比較對象國家로 삼아왔는데, 특히 독특한 社會文化의 特性위에서 일본경제의 지속적 성장을 가능케한 일본기업의 경영제도, 이른바 日本的 經營(Japaness management)은 70년대 이래로 세계 각국 연구자들의 주목을 받아왔다.
