dc.description.abstractA dynamic scaling scheme is developed to resolve the overfloe problem in fixed-point system which is optimized by simulation-based range estimation method. When a signal is larger than the expected value, the system dynamically changes the scaling factor of the input signal and internal variables to remove overflow. Finally, the system recovers scale factors after a given period of time. An adaptive noise canceller was implemented with the proposed method.en
