류마티양관절염에서 골스캔을 이용한 관절침범의 평가

Abstract

To evaluate the joint involvement by the use of radionuclide bone scan in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis, we performed OOmTc-MDP bone scan, radiography and physical examination of joints in 20 patients confirmed as rheumatoid arthritis and compared three methods each other. The observed results are as follows. 1. The sensitivity and specificity of bone scan based on physical examination are 71% and 62% respectively. 2. The sensitivity and specificity of radiography based on physical examination are 3096 and 96?6 respectively. It may conclude that bone scan is very sensitive in evaluation of joint involvement in rheumatoid arthritis and correlates with physical examinations very well.
