- Abstract
- The concept of policy fashion was developed to explain a rapid rise and fall in political support for market-oriented policy reforms in European countries. This study applies the concept to Koreas government reform experience. It offers a conceptual clarification of the concept, explores its usefulness, applies it to Korean government reform, and discusses the theoretical implication of this application.
