Abstract

Throughout its history, one of the most enduring features of Latin American politic-social life has been centralizing tendencies. Over-centralizing bureaucratiec systems sustained by patron-client relations in Argentina upon the background of Latin American experiences. Second one is to introduce the political-economy interpretation of recent decentralizing tendencies in Latin America in general, and in Argentina in particular.
