Research on the establishment of construction management system caused by environmental change in the construction industry -based on the case of Samsung construction

Abstract

Our country's construction industry has rapidly accomplished quantitative growth in short period of time through Middle Eastern construction market in 1970's, the construction market of Southeast Asia in 1980's, and propsperity in domestic construction market including two million housing construction and the building of new city, etc. However, construction companies have followed the technology from advanced countries upon concentrating on quantitative growth, while they have disregarded qualitative growth for the 21st century such as research on construction skill, construction development, and overall management in construction, etc.
