공주지역 상수도 사업 광역화 효과에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 공주지역(공주시·논산시·부여군)의 상수도사업 통합에 따른 비용절감효과를 연구한다. 상수도사업 통합에 따른 비용절감은 주로 취·정수장의 통·폐합과 단일화된 중앙관리에 따른 인원 감축에 의해 발생하는데, 상수도물 생산에 필요한 노동투입함수 추정치를 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과, 공주지역 상수도사업 통합은 최소한 약 6.3%에서 7.4%에 이르는 평균비용(단위원가) 절감효과를 유발할 것으로 추정된다. This paper aims to study the effects of the spatial integration of the running water operations in the Kongju region. Simulations based on the estimate of the labor input demand function indicate that the spatial integration would lower the average cost of the running water supply by 6.3% to 7.4%.
