| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 우리나라 경제성장의 역사와 거의 직결되어 있는 정부재정투융자활동을 제 1차 경제개발 5개년계획기간(1962~1966)부터 제 5차 5개년계획(1982~1986)이 시작된 현재까지 기간별로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 우선 재정투융자의 개념과 기능을 설명한 후, 제 1차계획기간에서 부터 제 4차계획기간간의 각기간별 재정투융자의 규모, 배분, 재원을 분류하고 이에 따른 재정투융자의 성격 및 효과를 분석한다. 제 5차 경제사회발전 5개년계획의 성격과 내용을 별도로 검토한 후 지금까지의 분석을 토대로 앞으로의 경제성장 및 발전을 위한 투융자정책의 새로운 방향과 개발전략을 제시하고자 한다. | - |
