| dc.description.abstract | 公益事業이란 人間의 社會生活에 必需的인 써비스를 提供하는 獨占的 企業을 뜻한다. 共同社會의 利益과 密接히 關聯되고 獨占性을 지니게 되므로 國家로부터의 干涉을 紹對 必要로 하게된다. 이러한 範疇에 屬하는 事業으로서는 電氣事業，鐵道事業，通信事業，水道事業，까스事業， 都市交通事業등이 있다. 그런데 公益事業이 提供하는 써비스의 價格을 公益事業料金이라고하며, 電氣料金，鐵道運賃，電信電話料金， 水道料金，까스料金，뻐스料金등이 이에 屬한다. | - |
