| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라 行政組織의 基幹이 되는 政府ﾀ組織法이 1948年 7月 17日字로 制定 公布됨에 따라 政府의 外交，條約, 對外經濟，在外橋民保護，國際事情調査 및 對外宣傳에 關한 機能을 遂行하기 위하여 外務部가 創設되었으며, 곧 이어 11月 4日外 務部職制가 制定됨으로서 外務部는 正式으로 그 機能을 遂行하게 되었다. 外務行政의 初代 責任者로 張澤相氏 8月 4日字로 任命되고 初代 外務部次官으로 高昌一氏가 8月 8日字로 任命 發令되어 軍政廳 外務處로부터 外務行政에 關한 業務를 移讓받았던 것이다. | - |
