| dc.description.abstract | 최근에 와서 조직론에서 많은 관심을 모의고 있는 연구과제의 하나가 조직문화이다. 조직문화에 관한 장을 따로 두고 있는 저서들이 늘어나고 있을 뿐만 아니라 세 개의 정기간행물이 조직문화에 관한 특집을 낸 바 있다. 우리는 이곳에서 먼저 조직문화의 의의와 유형을 고찰한 다음 조직문화연구의 전개과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 이어서 조직문화가 어떻게 형성되며 어떻게 전승되는가를 검토하고 조직문화의 기능과 변동과정을 고찰하고자 한다. | - |
