| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 게임이론적 틀을 이용하여 현재 남북한의 전반적 관계와 더불어 특히 군사부문에 국한된 대치국면을 분석하고 이를 해소하는 전략을 모색하고 있다. 구체적으로는 최근의 남북한간 접촉에서 나타난 양측의 제의를 분석하고 대립적이고 상극적인 내용을 상호이득에 초점을 맞추어서 해소시킬 수 있는 절차적, 실제적 방안을 탐구하였다. 이러한 접근에서 초점은 한반도 군비통제에 모아졌으며 신뢰구축과 군축을 현실화할 수 있는 국내정책 개발체제, 협상관계, 협상내용 등에 대하여 정책대안을 제시하였다. 참고로 본 논문은 1990년 9월말 집필된 것을 밝힌다. | - |
