| dc.description.abstract | 집권기간이 10개월(1960.8..19~1961.5.15)에 불과했던 제 2공화국(민주당정권)의 행정체제를 그 성립과정과 그 당시의 환경적인 제여건을 고찰하여 보고, 행정체제의 집권이념과 이를 구현하기 위한 정부행정의 정책결정체제와 그 하위체제의 특성을 밝히고 나서, 행정체제의 대내외통제기구의 기능을 살펴 본 다음 환경의 동태와 행정체제간의 동태적인 관계를 분석기술하고 민주당 정권이 몰락하게 된 원인을 찾아보려는데 연구목적을 두었다. | - |
